Why did I receive an invoice from FedEx?

If shipped an order outside of the US, you may receive an additional invoice from FedEx. What you received is an invoice for the duties, taxes, and possible collection fee that are charged on international shipments by the carrier. This invoice is not from RADIUS as your payment to RADIUS was paid in full when you placed your order. The amount on the invoice is what the government of the country charges to import the package into the country. Please email us, open a ticket, or call us at 800-626-6223.
