We want you to love your RADIUS products as much as we do! If you’re not completely happy, you can return or exchange your product within 30 days of purchasing, even if it’s been opened or used.

HOW TO GET A REFUND

Begin your return within 30 days of purchase by reaching out at contact@madebyradius.com. Please include your receipt, invoice, or order number in your email as proof of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method.

If you don’t have proof of purchase, RADIUS will offer store credit for use on madebyradius.com.

If returning a gift set, bundle, or multi-pack, the entire set must be returned to fairly process a refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed by RADIUS.

Purchased from a retailer? If you purchased your RADIUS product from one of our retailers, we recommend returning your items directly to the store you purchased from to avoid shipping fees. Refunds are issued via mailed check or online store credit.

EXCHANGES

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. Gift sets, bundles, and multi-packs must be returned in full to process an exchange fairly.  

Return shipping is paid by the customer and not reimbursable, but RADIUS will cover the shipping for your replacement.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders follow the same returns and exchanges policy as domestic orders. Please note that shipping and customs fees are non-refundable. Only the product cost is eligible for refund.

SALE ITEMS & SPECIAL OFFERS

Any items that were purchased on sale or promotion will be refunded at the discounted price. For BOGO promotions, items valued at $0.00 are not eligible for refund.

If you're returning the product because we made an error, please contact our Customer Service at contact@madebyradius.com. Our Customer Service is open Monday - Friday 9AM - 4PM Eastern Standard Time. We'll promptly issue return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at contact@madebyradius.com with your tracking number and photos (if applicable). We’ll review your order details and offer a refund or replacement whenever possible. 

If your product is defective or experiences a quality issue, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service at contact@madebyradius.com with your concern so that we can investigate the problem and help make things right for you.  

POLICY LIMITS

RADIUS reserves the right to decline returns made after 30 days, to limit returns on large quantitypurchases, and to refuse exchanges if specific products or colors are unavailable.
