How do I change my shipping method?

Issue

I already placed my order, but I want to change my shipping method. Can I do that?

Answer

Unfortunately your system does not allow you to change a shipping method once an order has been placed. If your order has not shipped please call us at 800-626-6623 ASAP. We can cancel your order so you can re-enter it with the correct shipping method.
