Stores/Websites Located in the US:
Please email our Sales Department to request a New Account Application Packet.

A completed application will include:

RADIUS New Customer Information Form (completed and signed).

Proof of Business - A faxed copy of your Resale Certificate.

Payment Form – Either a Credit card number, expiration date, and name of person on card or a completed RADIUS Credit Application if you would like to establish Net 30 terms.

MAP - A signed M.A.P. agreement, if you plan to sell online.

We will review your application and contact you once we have set up your account

International Distributors/Stores:
If you are a store located outside of the United States, please contact our Customer Service Department and you will be connected to our International Sales Department. If you are interested in becoming a distributor for RADIUS, please send us an email with some information about your company.

Guarantee and Warranty
We stand behind our products with a Guarantee/Warranty against manufacturer defects.

Limitation on Warranty for Purchases on Amazon.com: With respect to sales on Amazon.com, due to the proliferation of counterfeit and grey-market products being sold on Amazon.com, we will provide a manufacturer’s warranty only for products purchased from a re-seller who we have confirmed as purchasing directly from us and providing genuine, new and authentic U.S. version of RADIUS brand products.
